The authenticity and consistency of a family-run wine estate, deeply rooted in the terroir of Bué—one of the iconic villages of the Sancerre region.

Passed down from generation to generation, this 14.5-hectare estate is now managed by Mickael, who continues—with passion—a winemaking tradition that blends respect for age-old practices with modern expertise.

Vines planted primarily on the clay-limestone slopes of Bué.

Composed primarily of white clay-limestone soils and small limestone pebbles, the vineyard is planted with 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Pinot Noir, the latter being used to produce red and rosé wines.

Sancerre & Menetou-Salon

In addition to its white, red, and rosé Sancerre wines, the estate has diversified since the 1990s to also cultivate vines in the Menetou-Salon appellation, thereby offering an appealing range of wines from the Central Loire region.

Hand-harvesting, a guarantee of rigorous grape selection and a pure expression of the terroir.

The estate employs sustainable viticultural techniques and contemporary winemaking facilities to reveal the finesse of its wines.

We favor a winemaking approach that respects the expression of our terroirs.

Each cuvée is crafted with precision, utilizing various vessels for vinification and aging, tailored to the character of the wine desired:

  • Stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity
  • Aging in wood to impart complexity and depth
  • Aging in amphorae to delicately reveal minerality and the expression of the fruit
